I Can’t Sing and Other Lies
Do you believe you are tone deaf, or that you have a “bad voice”? Did you ever think about trying voice lessons but were afraid you’d be the worst student ever? Do you only sing in the shower when nobody else is home? If you said yes to any of the above, you’re not alone. Now’s the time to find your voice and stop silencing yourself. This experiential workshop/support group is facilitated by Mick Choder, MA, MT-BC, LPC, and Eva Mauchly, BA.

Authentic Music Improvisation Workshop
Whether you have mastered an instrument, or consider yourself “musically impaired,” this workshop will allow you to bring out the music that is already inside you, in a safe, supportive environment,. Authentic improvisation is fun and uplifting, regardless of previous musical knowledge or experience. This workshop is appropriate for adults and mature teenagers. Drumming Workshop
Led by professional percussionist Cheryl Prashker, and hosted by Mick Choder. Beginner to Intermediate drummers will learn and apply a variety of drumming rhythms and techniques in a supportive group setting. No experience necessary, and some instruments will be supplied. Please bring a drum if you have one.

Summer Solstice Drumming Circle
Hosted by Medicine in Balance, and led by Mick Choder, MA, MT-BC, LPC. Celebrate the Solstice with drumming in a fun and supportive group setting. No experience necessary, and some instruments will be supplied. Please bring a drum if you have one, plus a potluck dish to share. Pre-registration required.
